Wow, such an amazing experience with Jennifer! This was my first time buying new construction while living out of state...a very nervous time indeed. Jennifer's knowledge and attention to detail was truly impeccable. She listened to me and worked very hard to ensure that many, if not all, of my housing needs were met. Very professional and always willing to go above and beyond on anything asked of her. She was very patient with me during the design process, pretty much held my hand and walked me through it. She made me feel comfortable by answering all of my questions immediately. Jennifer just had a way of making me feel as if I was there, when I actually wasn't. My wife and I contacted Jennifer on family recommendation when we decided to move from Dallas to the Houston area to be near our children and grandchildren. We had a year to plan the move so Jennifer recommended we consider new construction. This would give us maximum flexibility on location and timing. Using our price and distance parameters, Jennifer showed us several communities in the Tomball-Magnolia area. Once we settled on the location and floorplan, Jennifer walked us through the entire building process. She negotiated price reductions with the builder and joined us at the design center when making our selections. She knew what choices at the design center added true value to the home. and she didn't let us get so caught up in the excitement to make unnecessary or expensive choices. In the end we were extremely satisfied with our choices and didn't break the bank!! Since we were 200 miles away, Jennifer kept tabs on the building progress for us and helped resolve issues along the way. Jennifer was at our final walk-throughs with the builder before closing. If you are considering new construction, Jennifer Elmi is an EXCELLENT choice.
