Myrtha Simon is a licensed REALTOR on The Sons and Daughters Team at Century 21 Exclusive Properties.She has lived in Houston most of her life and proudly calls it home. Graduate of Houston Baptist University, Myrtha earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and began working as a third-grade teacher in Fort Bend Independent School District where she taught for three years. Later, she taught fourth grade for four years, one in Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District and three in Katy Independent School District. Her teaching career extended beyond children, as she also taught English to adults at the Cultural Center for Language Studies (CCLS) Language School in Houston. Myrtha feels the most fulfilling aspect of her teaching career was the opportunity to connect with her students both young and old, witness them reach milestones, and succeed in the goals set before them. Likewise, in her real estate career, that is her greatest joy.

Myrtha's extensive background in teaching has allowed her to hone her organizational and communication skills, causing her to efficiently juggle multiple tasks and relationships simultaneously and effectively communicate with people from various backgrounds. All of these experiences have been excellent training ground to better educate and lead her clients to success in the selling and buying process. She is laser-focused on utilizing all of her skills and expertise to help ensure your experience with buying or selling your home is a smooth one.

When not working, Myrtha enjoys watching movies, spending time with her nieces and nephews, and exploring all the cultural festivals in and around Houston! When asked what she would like to do that she hasn't yet done, Myrtha replies "to travel to each continent at least once."
