“We have bought and sold several homes and early on we didn’t realize that who you choose can have an enormous impact. We have learned a lot over those purchases and sales and we determined that Monica Foster was the best real estate professional for us. We researched realtors and found that she has so many certifications we’re not sure there are any more to get! Most realtors listed that we saw had 2 or 3. She was featured in at least 10 magazines for influential real estate agents. We saw that she had a team which meant she probably had potential buyers looking for homes. We checked her reviews: nearly all excellent. We looked at the few negative reviews and discovered that one of those had gotten the asking price for their home. Tossed! Then we interviewed Monica, and even though “they” say you should, we didn’t feel the need to call anyone else. She put a lot of time into the evaluation of the listing price and helped us settle on a price that felt right. In 8 days we had 3 contracts for the listing price plus added incentives with an escalating clause on one. Monica was a stellar strategist and negotiator. She helped us choose the right offer, pointing out the critical differences beyond price. Her attention to detail was exemplary. She caught things in contracts before we even saw them and called with solutions for us to make decisions. She returned texts or calls quickly or had a good reason if she occasionally couldn’t. Most importantly, she coached us on our responses throughout the process, in timing and approach, including dealing with an appraisal that fell short of the contract price.
