“I started looking for a realtor in October. Monica was one of the choices. I immediately felt at ease. She assessed the property, explained the process, the pros and cons and the market. She offered recommendation to optimize the house for sale. January came, my target month, and Monica did a walk through with me about the house, paperwork, the current market, the pricing and what to expect. The house posted on Monday, we had the first showing 2 hours later. We had several more showings that week and on the following Monday the house was under contract. But other than that she worked very hard and did a great job. Maybe they need a salaried person in the office just to fill in during these crunch times.”
