Only critique we would highlight would be around communication of how to address final open items post deal closure- how do we pay actually the mortgage? How do we know which mailbox is ours? Is HOA included in the esgrow and distributed to the proper HOA contact each month after we pay our mortgage? Also would have been nice to know that Payton would have to have my SS card and ID at time of closing, fortunately she knew where that stuff was and it didn't become an issue.
