Sales associate Melissa Braniff learned early in her real estate career that communication was the foundation of strong relationships and successful transactions. Having fine tuned her communications skills as an advertising executive for 13 years, Melissa set her sights on a career in real estate, where she could meet new people and bring them together so goals and dreams are shared. The best career advice I was given was from my grandfather, 'open your ears and close your mouth'. You cannot be of service to your clients if you don't understand them or their needs," she adds. A resident of Bunker Hill Village, Melissa can be found participating in various fund raising charities throughout the community and through the activities of her children.
