The builder built this home for his family and spared no expense on making sure the foundation was perfect w/approximately 25 piers (12" X 12" X 6") long and cemented in ground.
The outer walls are made with 2" x 6" (not 2" X 4") STUDS. The porch posts are 6" X 6" posts and there are 28 of them. The walls have 6" foam insulation. The window panes in this home are extra thick. 
Some other information about the home is that it has 10' ceilings, central air/heat, ceiling fans, and a security system in place. Ceiling beams in the Living Room and Dining Room are decorative, but are made of 6" x 6" Red Oak.

I loved this feature of the property. A pond built completely around a group of trees, and a really neat bridge going to the island. The pond is stocked with great fish and is 4' deep on one side, and 8' deep on the other. Your family and friends will have some Great Memories here.
