Marwah Fawcett

Marwah Fawcett is Egyptian by nationality and was born in the Hague, Holland. After growing up in Calgary, Canada for 11 years the Memorial Area of Houston became home for her at the age of 14. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in business from The University of Texas.

Marwah's background is rich in client service as she was a Health and Welfare Consultant assisting companies set up and maintain benefit plans for their employees.

Very active in the client service industry, her expertise was far reaching as she was the employee advocate/liaison with insurance companies, educated on compliance and legislative issues and reviewed plan documents and contracts. Financial analysis and negotiating renewals with insurance companies was an intricate part of her job description that would later play a significant role in her success as a realtor.

While staying home with her 2 girls, Marwah began her entrepreneurial journey and created BellaJules. She imported home goods from various countries as well as national goods to sell at pop up markets, charity functions and holiday markets. As she bridged into real estate, the accomplishments from previous endeavors proved to be invaluable to her success in the world of real estate.

Marwah is known for her keen eye for detail. Incredible people skills with prompt follow up, trustworthiness and reliability are second nature and rank as top priority when guiding her clients through a real estate transaction. She stands behind her sterling reputation of credibility and responsiveness as she assists her clients in the journey of buying or selling a home.

Marwah has extraordinary negotiation skills and is committed to providing a seamless transaction from contract to closing. She understands the importance of staying abreast of the latest market trends in all of Houston's premier neighborhoods in which she sells. A "people person," it is of utmost importance to Marwah that each transaction is a win-win for all parties involved.

When time allows, Marwah loves to travel, cook and spend time at her family lake house. She volunteers at Memorial Drive Elementary School where her two daughters attend.
