He followed up promptly on offers, was honest in telling us what upgrades/repairs our home needed prior to listing (even provided fair and reliable contacts to get these done), and ultimately facilitated a fair offer that both we and the buyers were pleased with. He also has a closing assistant who helped remind us of what documents were pending and was great at email communications. We highly recommend him!
