While living there full time, Marilyn sold over 100 million in luxury real estate and investment properties and has retained her Florida license and is still highly active in 30A real estate to date. In 2019, Marilyn's growing family called her back home to the Houston area where she has reunited with her longtime friend and mentor Beth Ferester. In 2020 her first full year back in The Woodlands, Marilyn was among the top 3 agents at the company and in 2021 she rose to the companies top producing agent. In 2025, Marilyn decided it was time to open her own brokerage, with just a few residential agents and one commercial agent Marilyn opened SRA Real Estate.
Marilyn and her husband reside in Creekside Park in The Woodlands, TX. Marilyn has two children and through all of her success is most proud to be GiGi to her grandsons Colin and Liam. Marilyn graduated from St. Agnes Academy in Houston, Texas before attending The University of Texas and later graduating from the University of Houston with a BA in Advertising where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. Marilyn has been active as a past board member of the American Heart Association, a sustaining member of the Junior League, member ZTA Alumni Association and a Lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Marilyn is a licensed broker in Texas, Florida and Tennessee.
