"As I purchased my first investment property out of state, I would say that I was lucky to work with Maria. I previously worked with 2 real estate agents before her that didn't pay me much attention nor seem helpful, so I moved on. I am glad to have stumbled across her profile on Zillow.







There are 2 characteristics that proved to me she was the perfect agent to work with.



First was her looking out for my best interest. I knew a bit about the Houston market before I began searching for homes, but didn't know much when it came to renting out the property.
