Margie Esquivel

Margie Esquivel has called Houston home for the past 42 years. With 21+ years of real estate experience in residential and small commercial, she can answer almost any question without hesitation. She also brings an added degree of market insight from having an insurance license for 22+ years and having previously been a mortgage broker. She feels this makes her as close to a complete agent as it gets! Margie not only prides herself in being a patient, trustworthy and respectful professional but also believes her observant nature, service-oriented mentality and enthusiastic personality make her a great advocate for her client's needs.

Margie has been married for 41 years, has two grown children (both Longhorns) and a beloved Boston Terrier pup. She not only considers herself bilingual (Spanish) but most importantly, multi-cultural. She loves salsa and bachata music, reading and watching her favorite shows on Netflix. She has been a member and volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo for the past 5+ years and co-owns a multi-cultural internet radio station (GQ Radio), both allowing her to connect and giving back to her community.
