It was a very difficult process as it is for most but Lisa took good care of me and got in front of me and guided me through it all. The only hick up, I think, is when she gave a copy of the appraisal to the owners realtor. While that was a rooky move it was the only and we both learned from that. DON'T DO THAT. I will be using Lisa for any future real estate needs and will also refer to all of my friend with real estate needs ”
