“I met Lisa on one of her open house when me and my wife try to buy a house. She answered tons of question about school, crime and everything about Bellarie area. That time, we were just collecting information, we were not her potential customer at all. But Lisa answered all our questions very kindly. I brought this properties from the owner, and I decided to lease out. I contacted Lisa, the house is not in very good shape. With so much knowledge, she suggested a big list of improvement on HVAC, kitchen, restroom, French door, painting and many others. She advised very good home improvement team. In the really hot Houston summer, Lisa went to my house for many times. She even went to Homedepot for me to choose tile, painting, and granite. All these works are beyond her scope as realtor. Lisa also gave so many advice on so many detail including change house number etc. After the decoration, she put lot of soft decoration, hire a professional photographer even for rent property.
