I have helped people buy and sell Texas homes for twenty years. Before real estate, my background was in accounting and finance. I have an MBA in Finance and I am a retired CPA.

That background shapes how I work.

I look at the numbers first. Then we talk about the house. The math has to math.

My job is not just to get you to closing. I help you understand the decision you are making, identify potential problems early, and build a strategy based on facts, not guesses.

I focus on three areas.

First-Time Homebuyers

Buying your first home means making big decisions you have never made before, often fast. I slow the process down enough for you to understand what you are agreeing to before you sign. Not after.

I hold the Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS) certification and focus on Harris County down payment assistance programs. I am also a HUD-Registered Real Estate Broker. Some buyers may qualify for down payment assistance (DPA), which may help cover eligible down payment and closing costs. Must meet defined program requirements.

My job is to help you understand your options and make a decision that works long after closing day.

Probate and Estate Property

When a home has to be sold after a death, the house is often the smallest part of what you are handling. I hold the Certified Probate Expert (CPE) designation and work with executors, administrators, heirs, and their attorneys to keep the real estate side organized and moving.

I focus on the property, the numbers, and the deadlines, so you have one less thing to carry.

Home Sellers

Price is a math problem first. Marketing comes second.

I'll show you what comparable homes actually sold for, how long they sat on the market, and what the data says about where your home stands. Then I'll tell you what I really think. Even when it doesn't match the number you had in mind.

You make the final call. My job is to make sure you're making it with good information. That's where the strategist and problem solver comes in.

Local Market Focus

I primarily serve Northeast Harris County, including the Lake Houston areas of Humble, Kingwood, and Atascocita, as well as Spring, Baytown, Porter, Channelview, Crosby, and Huffman. I also serve Northeast Montgomery County, including New Caney and Conroe.
