Where do I even start? Everyone had problems working with her (seller's agent, bank, title company) First, she was late to every showing. The only time she showed up on time was after I expressed my disappointment with her service. She even brought her date to a showing. It felt very unprofessional. Second, the offer we ended up making was an extreme low-ball. The realtor then used that offer to get second offers - above asking price. Therefore, we also had to then re-up our offer to be competitive. More so, she focused so heavily on us securing our loan that she didn't follow-up on the repairs we wanted during the option period. We lost thousands of dollars because of this. We asked what our options are, Linda replied that we have to wait for the appraisal in order to ask for new terms. When the appraisal came back right at asking, she said now it was too late to ask for any repairs or credits. So we were out of luck. This could have all been avoided had our realtor called/texted/communicated to us that the option period was closing and we should put in our repair requests before the last date. I literally had to google "what does option period mean" because I did not have a full understanding of what we were doing. *first time home buyers* When I asked why this occurred, she said she was busy, out of town on vacation. We also weren't aware our property didn't come with a washer-and-dryer, until we explicitly asked her about it. This was another $2k we didn't expect because Linda completely failed to communicate. During the closing process, I asked for 2 things. I asked for boxes to in the yard to be removed and for the pantry to be cleaned. We move in and not one of those things was done. So overall, she was consistently late, incompetent about the market, and did the bare minimum to close the sale. The entire process was like pulling teeth from her in order to get information. And the purchase of my first home will be forever tainted because of working with her.

I’m very appalled at this comment. How was the seller, lender and title company ever a problem. They received everything that needed to be provided after the deal was executed. And let me remind you there were multiple offers when this property was listed on the market. If the listing agent lied to us about that then that’s Unethical just to get more for his listing, and to impress the owner. Second I was informed of showings the day of and I dropped everything to accommodate you and Hannah.

She was very patient with me as I narrowed down my choices to exactly what house I wanted, and always there for me whether it was a question I asked or a new showing I wanted to see.
