Kyle Hatcher

Born and raised in Houston, Kyle Hatcher holds a deep-understanding of the local real estate market and brings a hometown advantage to Hatch Agency RE brand. Kyle began his career in the electrical industry calling on major industrial and commercial properties along the Gulf Coast. He continued working for the same company for over 12 years, earning him management positions in British Columbia, Canada gaining experience in International business later taking on Strategic Accounts Manager of national contracts based back in Houston. Kyle studied at the University of Houston and Sam Houston State University earning a degree in Business Marketing and Management. As he worked his way up the corporate ladder and honed in on growing his knowledge in business, Kyle decided to parlay his passion for marketing, sales, and business- bringing all three together to tackle the luxury real estate market. Kyle has now been practicing real estate for 7 years and is known for his attention to detail and high level contract negotiation strategies.

Kyle has set the record for highest priced home sale to date in Briarcroft and has become a go-to source in Tanglewood and Crestwood Neighborhoods.

He relates the home as a safe nesting place to create memories and aspires for his clients to feel this connection with their homes. While working at his first brokerage, teaming up with his wife Abigail Hatcher, the two decided to launch Hatch Agency Real Estate in 2020. Their devotion to out-of-the-box creative marketing strategies, relentless energy, and taking on any challenge big or small has garnered great results and continued loyalty from their clients.
