“Kindi sold our home above list price, and her guidance on pre-sale updates made all the difference. We were initially hesitant to replace the roof, but she backed her recommendation with examples of deals in our area that ran into roof issues during the option period and reinforced that with input from her insurance contacts. We followed her advice including pool replaster and interior painting with colors she recommended , and it clearly paid off. She s well connected, brought in reliable contractors, and added tasteful staging touches that elevated the home. While not always the fastest to respond, when she did respond, her guidance was detailed, direct, and actionable. Importantly, she walked us through all contract terms, analyzed each offer, and showed up when it mattered. We would work with her again without hesitation.”
