Kelly McDonald

Ask Kelly McDonald and she will tell you: "I absolutely love my job!" Kelly has been in the real estate industry for 17 years and is one of Houston's top producers. Kelly is an excellent negotiator, has a keen ability to match buyers with the perfect home and is equally proficient in advising sellers how to prepare their homes to garner the best price. Prior to her success in real estate, Kelly worked in the title business, an ideal springboard for real estate. Her background also includes international work experience in London,Singapore, and Korea, where she developed written and verbal skills in Korean. She also lived in Hawaii, where she worked for a major cruise line. She asserts that her experiences living – and moving – overseas give her a special affinity for and expertise in assisting relocation clients.

A native Texan, Kelly hails from Quitman, a small town in East Texas. She attended Texas A & M University in Commerce, Texas. Her love for sales developed early and she learned from watching her father and grandfather, who worked many years for the Ford Motor Company, that the customer is always right. Kelly is very active in her community and has served as President of the Magnolia Rotary Club, is a Magnolia ISD School Board Trustee and an advocate for impacting the pervasive issue of homelessness. Her leisure time is spent with her husband, three children, their dog "Sandy" and she enjoys playing the piano and violin.

When questioned about the future of residential real estate in Houston, Kelly emphatically states, "In Houston's dynamic economy people are enjoying wealth and stability from making sound real estate investments."
