After relocation to Katy from Louisiana in 2006 with my family, I feel that I can now call Katy home. During the first few years I worked in the Oil & Gas industry as a Global Human Resources Director. I have had the opportunity to meet wonderful people. In 2013, I decided to venture into the Real Estate industry and have been blessed to encounter great client relationships throughout the Greater Houston Area. I can truly say that I love my job and truly enjoy helping my clients find or sell their homes. My goal is to Convert transactions into Relationships and so far I have been able to attain my goal.

Hello, I'm Rodney Craddock, a REALTOR® and U.S Army veteran, serving the Montgomery County, North Houston, and Katy areas. Selling your home... Moving is stressful. Using modern techniques I can reduce that stress. I'll market your home in such a way as to get maximum visibility to potential buyers at the right price. I'll go beyond the 3 P's some agents offer, (Place it in the MLS, Put a sign in the yard and Pray). I use professional photography including aerial views, videos, digital and print media, open houses, word of mouth to a vast network of buyers, and other agents, Targeted social media through sponsored adds are also part of my repertoire. I will then negotiate for you based on your needs and help you beyond closing.
Buying a home....
I help folks find the home of their dreams! I'll be your guide through the entire process. I'll set up a custom search for you based on wants, needs, location and price.This will save you lots of wasted time scowering through pages and pages of listings. Next I'll setup private showings and provide all the listing information for each home we tour. Once we find the right home, I'll negotiate prices and write the contract. Once we have a contract I'll walk you through each step. So what are you waiting for?

Having endured many relocations, she recognizes that each transaction is unique and has its own unique challenges. But she's quick to adapt to any situation and that agility has become one of her most-loved qualities.
As a Navy Nuke, she was the first female to qualify Reactor Operator on the west coast and operated nuclear power plants on the USS Carl Vinson. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Seattle University. She holds a US Patent "Method for reducing distortion in a sheet of glass."
Away from work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
