Joshua is originally from South Louisiana and has called Katy, TX home since 2011. His love for real estate started with researching and purchasing his own homes and investment properties. He has a natural propensity for customer service and intuitively knows how to navigate the market to find the type of property his clients desire. Julie La Torre has had a long-time interest in Real Estate and Relocation. Having relocated herself locally and internationally, she understands what it takes to make this a positive experience for her clients. She is a hands-on, hardworking and levelheaded professional who enjoys working with people from all over the world.

Before becoming a Realtor, Julie worked 13 years as a marketing vice president for Citibank where she was responsible for credit cards and consumer loan portfolios. She has a deep understanding of the finance and marketing worlds, knowledge that serves her clients well.

Julie, who speaks native Spanish and English, was born in Argentina and has lived in Houston for several years. She has a degree in Economics and Business Administration and is certified in project management. Julie and her husband have three children all involved in sports. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling. She loves volunteering for Katy ISD and the Lunches of Love organization and is actively involved in the Katy community.
