Working in this growing community allows Katie to meet and help individuals, families and investors with a variety of real estate dreams. A naturally active listener, Katie is able to quickly uncover solutions to make homeownership a reality. She draws on her experiences as a retail district manager to stay focused, organized and abreast of area trends. Katie Davidson was raised in The Woodlands. She lived in Atlanta for a time where she worked in new home sales and luxury fashion. Katie hails from a close-knit family and moved back to Texas to reclaim her roots. She feels lucky to be married to her best friend. The couple has three children and just recently welcomed their first grandson. When she's not working, Katie Davidson volunteers with local humane shelters. She loves dogs and isn't afraid to admit that she spoils her pup, Bruno, rotten! She loves being outdoors except when it's cold. To stay fit, she enjoys Cycling and anything in the water!
