Kathleen Booker, MBA, MSN, RN-BC, is a first-generation Nigerian-American who found her calling in helping people navigate major life transitions through real estate. She began her career as a neonatal nurse and later moved into healthcare informatics, applying her lifelong strengths in attention to detail, advocacy, and compassion. She now brings those same qualities into every real estate relationship, guiding clients through buying, selling, and wealth-building with care and clarity.

Her mission is to help families break free from debt, gain financial wisdom, and build real estate legacy. She loves teaching smart money management through her church and finds deep fulfillment in helping clients feel at peace knowing they've made a wise move.

A passionate community advocate, Kathleen is an active member of the Junior League of Houston and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, where she champions voluntarism and community development.

Outside of real estate, Kathleen enjoys lifting weights at the gym, on a Pilates reformer, flowing through yoga for mental rest, or exploring Houston’s food scene with her family.
