For more than 24 years, I have helped individuals and families navigate residential real estate. My business has grown largely through repeat clients, referrals, and long-term relationships, and I continue to serve those clients today as my work has expanded into investment real estate.

Alongside residential buyers and sellers, I advise experienced investors, institutional buyers and sellers, lenders, and asset managers on acquisitions, dispositions, REO, distressed assets, fix-and-flip opportunities, redevelopment, and value-add residential real estate.

Much of my work happens before a transaction exists. I source and evaluate on- and off-market opportunities, review investor buy-box criteria, analyze comparable sales and market data, weigh multiple exit strategies, and assess how a property's use, layout, condition, renovation potential, and positioning may affect value.

My experience also extends into asset strategy, residential redevelopment and repositioning, renovation project management, and collaboration with architecture and design professionals. I evaluate highest and best use, help reimagine spaces, and consider how improvements can strengthen functionality, marketability, and investment potential.

For investors, institutional clients, and capital partners, I prepare investment analyses, underwriting summaries, and offer summaries that support pricing, acquisition, disposition, and risk decisions.

My real estate career began in 2002. I launched Tomie Group in 2020, operated as an independent Texas real estate broker from September 2022 through March 2025, and joined Epique Realty in March 2025, where I serve as a Broker Associate and lead Tomie Group.
