Julie began her real estate career in 2001 and has represented clients all over the Greater Houston and surrounding areas. She considers finding the right deal for each client, much like putting a puzzle together. It is a challenge to find the piece that fits into the puzzle just right, but once it is found, it is so rewarding. Julie brings her years of experience in customer service and software sales to the real estate industry, and this helps put her customers at ease while negotiating on their behalf. Whether it is a residential listing, purchase or lease, she loves both the thrill of the hunt and navigating the obstacles to create a smooth transaction for her clients. Julie earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and continues to further her education in real estate by obtaining designations such as: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Certification, e-Pro Certification, At Home with Diversity (AHWD) Certification, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Designation, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and is a Certified Probate Expert. In addition to working in real estate, Julie has volunteered her time working in the community. She belongs to a group that prepares and serves meals at The Ballard House, whose mission is to provide temporary housing in the community with a warm, safe environment for individuals and their families who are hospitalized or receiving treatment for a serious medical condition.
