I equally enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. I started in a very tough market in the 80's, and have seen many market cycles in my career. My job is to help my clients accomplish their goals, whether the market is up, or down.

I've sold lots of new construction and have remodeled every home I've ever owned, including extensive renovations at our house in April Sound at Lake Conroe, and our circa 1850's weekend home near Brenham, in Chappell Hill, Texas. I am an avid DIY-er. I enjoy fixing things and have a good working knowledge of home repairs and construction. When showing property, my goal is to help my clients find possibilities in the homes they are considering, and I'm happy to offer free remodeling advice.
