As a believer in lifelong learning, he has earned 27 real estate designations and has taken in excess of 300 real estate classes totaling over 2,000 hours to the benefit of himself and his clients. Job has a passion for real estate and has been a licensed agent for 12 years. He relocated to Austin from California over a decade ago on a corporate relocation and attended Texas graduate schools. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Tarleton State University and a Master of Science in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce.In January 2020 he was recognized as the REALTOR of the Year by the Austin Board of REALTORS. In both 2019 and 2020 he was recognized as a Winner for the Platinum Top 50 awards for Austin. Each year this awards program recognizes the top 50 residential real estate professionals based on their sales, education, industry participation, and civic leadership. This is often referred to as the most successful and well-rounded real estate recognition award.Job enjoys giving back to his profession, and is serving as a Director for the 2019-2022 Board of Directors at the Austin Board of REALTORS, 2020-2022 Board of Directors for the Texas Association of REALTORS, and on the Strategic Thinking Committee for the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI). In 2020 he serves as Vice President for Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Austin.
