Jo Ann Stevens, REALTOR® Emeritus and International Real Estate Consultant with Fathom Realty, has built her career around experience, service, leadership, and helping people make informed real estate decisions. She holds the ABR, AHWD, CIPS, GRI, MRP, PMN, and SFR designations and serves buyers, sellers, homeowners, and investors throughout the Houston area and beyond.

Throughout her career, Jo Ann has been deeply involved in the real estate profession at the local, state, and national levels. Her leadership service has included the Houston Association of REALTORS®, Fort Bend PAALS, the HAR Fort Bend Networking Group, the TREPAC Advisory Group, and service as a TREPAC Trustee. She has also held leadership responsibilities with Texas REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

Jo Ann is a founding member of Women’s Council of REALTORS® Fort Bend, where she served as President in 1990. She later served as Texas State President in 1996 and as National President of Women’s Council of REALTORS® in 2018. During her national presidency, the organization expanded its network model across the country, strengthened operating standards for local networks, advanced its strategic planning, and developed an international relationship with real estate professionals in Spain.

Her commitment to leadership extends beyond real estate. Jo Ann has twice served as Chairman of the Board of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce and has served as Treasurer of the Greater Fort Bend Economic Development Council. She has also supported numerous charitable organizations, including The Arc of Fort Bend and its “Best in the West” event.

Jo Ann’s professional and community service has earned recognition throughout her career. Her honors include Women’s Council Member of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year recognition, the HAR Fort Bend REALTOR® of the Year, the National Association of REALTORS® Omega Tau Rho Award, and the 2018 Houston Association of REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year Award.

A third-generation Texan and graduate of the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing, Jo Ann brings a deep understanding of the Houston area together with decades of real estate experience. Her approach is straightforward: listen carefully, educate clients about their options, and provide the steady guidance they need to make decisions with confidence.

Jo Ann and her husband, Ron, have been married since 1975. Their family includes four children, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and three Shih Tzus.
