Selling a house: The pictures on HAR of the house is what customers look at to choose if they are interested. Look through some of Joe’s listings and you will see how amazing the pictures are. Buying a house: It’s hard enough to look through all the pictures online and find your house you want, and even harder to find a time to take a look. Joe is excellent about making time to show you the house when it’s most convenient for you. ”

“The only thing I would say to be constructive is that when you are doing a deal with a client and going back and forth between the buyers and the seller that there should not be a 48 hour lapse in communication, even if there is not much news to tell or that as the agent you are still waiting but that correspondence will be sent on the buyers behalf. It should not be the client (who is often already nervous about a deal) that must reach out to their agent for updates.”
