Jim Conino

I am a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Texas working for JLA Realty, a local leader in the real estate industry and part time Construction Project Manager working with Harvey flood victims to get them back into their homes. I am one of the few Real Estate Agents in the Houston Metropolitan area with the CNE designation - Certified Negotiations Expert and GRI designation - Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute. I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University where I received a Bachelor degree in Engineering.

After graduating from college, I launched my career in the Manufacturing and Service industries. Several responsibilities in these roles were Project Management, Design, and Technical Sales. In the Environmental Service industry is where I became skilled in Sales and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts for clients that required me to travel to all regions of North and South America. The sales interest and curious constant change of culture and scenery eventually led me to make a change into the Real Estate industry.

I have lived in the Houston area for over 25 years after moving from New Orleans and now consider myself a native. I have family that have lived in the Kingwood area since its inception in the early Seventies and spent many summers here when I was young.

When not working, I have volunteered for many great organizations here in Houston that include the American Heart Association, Cy Fair Hospital, Memorial Hermann Northeast, Kingwood Hospital and various fund raisers and charitable events for people in need.
