She negotiated a fair price for the house as well as made sure we were covered by the seller having the house and carpets professionally cleaned, and a home insurance policy to cover any thing that should break after we closed. She also made sure that the lawn was mowed prior to us moving in. Things we never would have thought of, and have never asked for before. We loved Jill and she helped us make this house our new home.
