Jessica Tierman started her real estate career in 2002, assisting buyers and sellers at all stages of home ownership. From the beginning, she took off running, quickly learning that her passion was in helping her clients achieve their goals as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She does not consider herself an agent, but a real estate consultant, with her primary goal as being transparent and educating her clients throughout the process. She services her clients personally, every step of the way, ensuring that they have personal and undivided attention. Communication is valued and her attention to detail and service sets her apart from the competition.

Throughout her career, Jessica has had the opportunity to actively take part in many facets of the real estate process. She has operated as an independent real estate consultant and a team success manager, where she trained incoming agents on the intricacies of servicing clients and managing real estate processes. This experience has allowed her to learn and adopt effective skills and strategies that work within negotiations, marketing and client care.

Above all, Jessica thrives on partnering with her clients in pursuit of the lifestyle they are seeking, for a place that they can call 'home'. Her belief in being transparent, communicative, driven, patient and responsive has led to converting many of her clients into life-long friends.

Jessica currently assists buyers, sellers and tenants with their property needs throughout Houston, but her current focus encompasses more of the Sugar Land, Missouri City, Fresno, Pearland, Richmond, Rosenberg areas. She is an expert with all facets of real estate and works with the following: sellers, relocation, new construction, foreclosures, first-time home buyers and buyers utilizing an ITIN for purchase.
