First of all, I would only go back to Jesse for any questions with real estate. We are really enjoying working with him. All process, communication and closing was smooth and high level. Jesse saved us at least 30,000$ as we almost felt to cash buyer, but Jesse was calm and collected mind and we kept going forward. So eventually after 2 months we sold our house much higher $.
