I recently had the opportunity to work with Jennifer Bartlow, Realtor with RE/MAX Elite Properties, during the sale of my property in Texas. Jennifer represented the buyer, Robert; she did not represent me as the seller.
Even though Jennifer was the Realtor on the other side of the transaction, I had numerous opportunities to communicate and work directly with her throughout the process. I was particularly impressed with her responsiveness, professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping the transaction moving forward.
Real estate transactions can involve unexpected questions and challenges, and ours was no exception. Whenever an issue or concern arose, Jennifer was responsive and made a consistent effort to communicate clearly, obtain information, and help keep everyone informed.
What stood out most to me was her ability to remain professional and cooperative while still representing her client's interests. I believe that is an important quality in a Realtor. A successful transaction often requires professionals on all sides to communicate effectively and work toward resolving issues, and Jennifer demonstrated that ability throughout our transaction.
Ultimately, we were able to bring the transaction to a successful closing, and I appreciate the role Jennifer played in helping us get there.
Based on my experience working with her from the seller's side of the transaction, I would certainly recognize Jennifer for her responsiveness, professionalism, communication, and dedication to her work as a Realtor.
