“Is there an Award Category for "Excellent Service" from a Realtor? If so, it goes to Jennifer Yoingco! I have purchased a few properties in the past, but I have never received such Excellent, 1st Class, White Glove service like I received from Jennifer Yoingco. I happen to be working with a pretty small budget, probably smaller than what she's use to from most clients, but that did not stop her from providing me with the very best, top tier service as if I were buying a multimillion dollar property. Throughout the entire process and every step of the way Jennifer was already 2 steps ahead of what needed to be done. Before I had to ask or concern myself with any issue she already had it taken care of (unbelievable!). She always kept the lines of communication open with everyone involved. Jennifer negotiated for me as if she were negotiating for her very own family. She went above and beyond in so many instances. I had a document deadline that needed to be meet on a Sunday (a Mother's Day Sunday) and despite her previous plans, she made herself available throughout the day to tend to my contract deadlines. Talk about IMPRESSIVE! I was almost in disbelief that someone would be so dedicated, loyal, knowledgeable and hard working on my behalf with my small budget.
