“I found Jennifer via her YouTube channel Living in Houston Texas I was just browsing YouTube then came on a Video Houston Texas Houston Real Estate Market Houston Texas Realtor Houston TX I watched the video and then watched another of her videos by then I decided that she was an authentic person She is straight with how she gives information There are so many videos on YouTube about relocation and real estate but I did find Jennifer s videos to be very useful and honest and straightforward I planned to relocate to Houston but I was still many months almost a year away from my planned period Still I emailed her and told her that I wanted to use her when the time came She didn t pressure me to do anything simply told me to fill out a buyer s questionnaire Fast forward many months later I was ready to make the move While still out of state I emailed Jennifer on short notice told her that I was visiting Houston for a week and I wanted her to show my family some houses I didn t expect to get a home in 5 days We got to Houston Saturday and on Monday we were touring houses We saw some houses and she wrote an offer that was accepted on a house below the asking price I asked for lenders recommendations she suggested some lenders but she told me the ultimate decision was with me We returned home under contract In the end I purchased the house with Jennifer s assistance Throughout the process she was always available via email phone calls or text messages Even at 10 pm Jennifer would get back to me if I was concerned with something I work in a customer-facing role and customer service is big to me Jennifer surpassed my expectations I have purchased 2 houses in 2 different states with this being my 3rd purchase and she has done a superb job Buying while out of State is challenging but she made it simple and pain-free we got a beautiful house in a No flooding zone where flood insurance is not a must Thank You Jennifer ”

“Our relationship with Jennifer began in late December 2021. We had just moved to the area and were looking to purchase our first home. Having spent countless hours researching and reading reviews of real estate agents, we still could not decide on an agent. By a stroke of luck, we came across some of Jennifer’s videos on YouTube, and immediately had an instant connection! There was something so calming and reassuring in the way she presented, that is really difficult to express. You get the feeling that she is going to look out for your best interest(s), and we have been proven right! “I watched Jennifer video on youtube and I was so eager to contact her as she is well experienced in the real estate field from what I saw in the video. We started the journey on the quest for the home search in late December 2021 and till the day we closed in February 2023, she has been awesome, helpful through out the process and very easy to work with. I don't live in the Texas, but she will always go to the home to do some video and drone recording and send it over for me to view. By doing this I never felt like I was thousand of miles away from texas. She assisted me alot and even contributed to some of the closing cost as the rate lock extension fees started increasing. She will pick my call anytime I call her. If I have any question on any document, she will give me detailed explanation and she will inform me if it's right thing to sign or not.
