Jennifer Francois is a very versatile, agile, professional and highly intelligent Realtor.
I have dealt with many Realtors in the past, both for renting and purchase of home, but none of them has matched the quality of services I received from Jennifer. Her performance was outstandingly amazing in that she made sure that critical dates were kept, follow-up was prompt and updates were given on point without the need for me to push her. All through the process of purchase and during rental of the home, she ensured that my interest was greatly protected. She is really dependable and trustworthy. Her coordination with the Lender, Title company, Seller's agent and other stakeholders was excellent.
In my own assessment, I will give her a score of 150%.
Surely, whenever I am ready for any home purchase and/or renting out of my properties, She will be my 1st choice of Realtor.
