“Jane was outstanding in handling the purchase of our forever home. She went above and beyond what, in my view, would be expected of a realtor. She was very responsive to every question, phone call, and concern throughout the process. We had some very challenging issues with the mortgage company, which Jane helped in handling communication when we were ignored (by the mortgage co.). She is well connected, be it title company/closer, landscapist, etc. She, at our request, wrote a love letter on our behalf, which was beautiful and helped us win the bid (we were told by the sellers). I have decided to hire her to help me sell my home now. Her advice to me on how to ready my home for the market has been invaluable. Wish we could give her 10 stars!”

“This was a great experience. Ms. Thomas went above and beyond making sure me and my three siblings were kept apprised of each offer (they were coming in fast) and the info associated with each offer. She spoke with each one of us individually as we had particular questions. Most of all, she was efficient and gave expert opinions when asked. I will never know the enormous amount of time she spent communicating and answering questions, etc., with those making offers. I know she was very responsive to them. Just pleased overall with the whole experience.”
