A native Houstonian with a strong background as a retail entrepreneur, James has carved his niche in home sales in top-notch neighborhoods across Houston for more than 15 years. Bellaire, Meyerland, West University, Southampton, Memorial Park area, Medical Center, Tanglewood and the Memorial Villages are all very familiar territory. James represents buyers and sellers in all price points, and is especially knowledgeable in assisting relocation clients moving in and out of Houston and first-time home-buyers. He works hard to educate them about the Houston market and the home-purchase process and explains every phase of the transaction in detail to ensure their peace of mind. James attended Bellaire High School and studied business administration at the University of Texas. He is dedicated to many community interests and charity organizations. When not working, James enjoys traveling, sports, theater and spending time with family and friends.
