I graduated from University of Houston and completed a 25 year career in the tech industry at Compaq Computer/Hewlett Packard. Got my real estate license in the early 90's. Started Connect Realty in The Woodlands, TX in 2008 with my father and several investors. It's a little known fact but eXp was loosely modeled after the Connect Realty business model per Glen Sanford, our CEO, who told me that in a recent conversation. In 2017 I started a Commercial development department for Connect Realty and completed the development of several buildings in The Woodlands and Katy area. I was introduced to the Franklin team in late 2018 and they are a very well established (and rapidly growing) team who was also looking to create a Commercial presence on their team. After several meetings with the Franklins I realized that the explosive growth that eXp was experiencing along with their amazing team it was an opportunity I could not pass up. In summary, my responsibilities today are to build out a high performing Commercial organization that supports not only the Franklin but any local eXp agent who needs to refer any Commercial business that they cannot support. Our services go beyond basic buying, leasing and selling of commercial properties into acquisition, entitlement, financing, development, and disposition services provided on a fee or joint venture basis. We work with the client to develop a customized menu of services based on each project’s specific needs.
