I have been a full-time Licensed Realtor since August 2001 and a Real Estate Investor since 1999. I have extensive experience, knowledge, and success in many facets of real estate. I am a "Houston Area Market Expert" in addition to being knowledgeable and having experience in most of the suburbs in the surrounding counties. I began my real estate career as an investor in 1999 by purchasing and wholesaling fixer-uppers to remodel and resell, then began successfully selling homes for top market prices in a short listing time frame. I've also successfully helped sellers solve real estate problems with short sales and loan modifications. In 2013, I became a top producer in leasing corporate-owned rental homes. I'm now resetting my real estate business to encompass all the experience and knowledge I have to offer and look forward to working with sellers, landlords, tenants and buyers who can trust me and my very capable hands.

I possess well-rounded knowledge and experience concerning a wide variety of real estate transactions, including but not limited to: acquisitions, sales, investments, new home sales, procuring rental portfolios, property management, leasing, asset disposition (foreclosures), financing, new home buyer assistance and administrative processes.

I have a strong sense of property valuations as I have performed hundreds of Brokers Price Opinions and I've also worked side by side with contractors hired for property preservation, rehabbing and remodeling for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

As a licensed real estate agent and real estate wholesaler and retailer, I have successfully been involved in and closed over 1000 sales and purchases, including 167 short sales and 2500 plus lease transactions.

My experience and knowledge in marketing, lead converting skills, negotiations and
investments indicate that I have a complete understanding that a vacant property can cut into profits. At the same time, I understand that as a buyer, a home is usually your biggest investment so having a knowledgeable agent is a must.
