“My house was on the market for over 120 days and had only 4 viewings. I had interviewed quite a few more realtors and couldn't really understand the difference in one listing versus another, until I met Huy. After meeting with Huy and hearing about his unique systematic approach to selling houses, I knew that he was a very different kind of realtor. Within a few days, he brought in an entire team and staged my house from the landscaping outside to every room on the inside. His wife is an interior designer for model homes and knew how to set up for success. They paid attention to the smallest details and understood the psychology of the buyer as he made necessary changes to increase the attractiveness of my house. He made very practical recommendations on small fixes I needed to make that would make a big difference. He was fast and efficient, but thorough and thoughtful with every aspect. His design team made a complete beautiful transformation of my house with his staging to reflect the desires of the market. We had an offer within 8 days and he spent a tremendous amount of time with the buyer's agent to address all concerns quickly. He listened to me and my specific needs and truly understood the emotional aspects and the time pressures in selling the house and calmed my fears with sensitivity and kind gestures.
