Description

This property is located on the San Bernard River North of Hwy 35 and above the damn. Every flooded home has it's unique story of how it looked before. The house was built in 1975 and had never flooded. It had a deck at the back of the house and walk way to take you down to the river which is about 150 ft away. The bank was all cleared and a great view, but Unfortunately that is gone and weeds have taken over. The bottom floor had approx 3-4 feet of water in the bottom floor. The top floor is still in tact. With over 150 ft of river front, this can be a beautiful lot again. At this price, it's worth taking a look at. One can either rebuild it or start all over.
