Hollie Lancarte

Hollie Lancarte comes from a very diverse background, from country living to city life, spending time growing up in Houston, Saudi Arabia, and Fort Worth, and her love and passion for the city of Fort Worth is exactly why she wanted to join the ULTERRE team. In her undergraduate program, she studied Civil Engineer and Drafting and later received a double master's degree in educational leadership and information technology. Hollie has over 25 years of experience working in our local schools as well as endless time spent in the community contributing to our city. Her efforts in the schools, including time spent with students and families, as well as her contributions to local efforts have provided her with a unique background and have given her an excellent platform to assist in the home buying/selling process. Because of her background, she has excellent insight into what families are looking for in homes and Fort Worth's neighborhoods. She believes communication is key and she provides her clients with as much information as possible to help them make educated decisions. She knows it takes time to learn about everything going on in neighborhoods and communities and appreciates the opportunity that the real estate business provides in learning about the issues affecting everyone and what it can teach us about who we are and what we want out of life. Her favorite Texas experience is spending time at Joe T. Garcias with her husband Joe T. Garcia. The outdoor patio is cherished by all Fort Worth residents and the margaritas are famous. Among her favorite North Texas neighborhoods is Crestwood and all west Fort Worth. Hollie believes in giving back to her community. Through Joe Ts, she supports Lena Pope and Hope Farms. She serves on the board of the Northside Inter-Community Agency where multiple services are provided for families in need. She also supports Saving Hope and the adoption of dogs by deserving homes.
