Who Am I? - Hi, call me Hilary! I'm a horse loving agent who moved around a lot when I was younger (and older, too!). I understand the importance of having a place to call 'home' and the need for everything about it to be 'right'. I'm very detail-oriented for my clients, making sure when THEY move, their home is the comforting haven they wished for. I'm straightforward, practical minded, and easy to get along with. What's My Passion? - Horses have been in my blood since birth! Took me awhile to get one, but have had horses and shown them ever since! I currently have a herd of 'oldsters' that are reining bred, used to team pen. Horse & livestock properties are my passion in real estate; there are so many differences and needs to account for when looking for a home for you AND your animals. Texas has some unique areas that are better suited to one sort of farm or another. I'd love to help you find that perfect spot your whole family, two and four legged. I do also help clients with other residential properties. I want EVERYone to be able to own their homes, not rent if we can find a way around it!
My Insights - Buying or selling a house is FAR different than buying a car or ordering a TV on Amazon. You can't easily give a house back if you decide you don't like it. You can't disrupt your family due to a mistake with a house. I work hard to help you get the right one the right way. Real estate is about the details and I encourage all my clients to research potential neighborhoods, schools and area amenities in places you may be searching. Everyone's needs & opinions are different. I'll check up on any detail that you need more info on, and make sure you have answers before you sign on the bottom line!
My Background - My family background is in real estate or close to it, since the 1930s. I've loved looking at houses since I was little. Every system and architectural feature is fun for me to know more about, especially when it comes to my clients needs. My personal background is varied, though mainly an "IT geek", having down network admin support for over 15 years.
Why Am I A Realtor• ? - Why did I choose real estate to work in? It's a tough business. Not everyone is in it to help their clients first.
