In 2002, Grant King began selling new construction in Pearland, TX. Fascinated by the construction process, Grant soon learned the key to closing homes for the builder was to proactively walk the job sites each morning, then to focus on marketing the product and development to the Pearland community. Combining this proactive mindset with his strong desire to help people, Grant consistently earned recognition in the company's Elite group of sales counselors and discovered what would be the foundation of his real estate career.

In 2010, Grant decided he could help more people by transitioning to residential real estate. Overseeing each client's move from start to finish has been a joy and has taken Grant beyond Pearland to his many favorite Houston areas. Grant has been recognized year over year for production locally and nationally, and his dedication to his clients has driven Grant to become an expert in all things real estate.

Grant and his wife, Becca, love living in Pearland, and have enjoyed experiencing the growth of one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. As their sons have grown up, Grant has enjoyed volunteering with Cub Scout Pack 446, Pearland Little League and now Pearland Youth Lacrosse.
