“With Gina's help I went under contract on my home at list price in only 5 days!!!! After the initial walk-through she provided helpful advice on update/repairs, curb appeal, etc. to complete before putting the home on the market. Since I lived in San Antonio, Gina and her team was immensely helpful in coordinating work with contractors, allowing them access to the home, and facilitating payment. Beyond any of the things that I am about to list in this review, I have complete confidence that when you meet her and listen to her plan for you and your precious home, she will inspire your trust and create a vision that you can believe in. If you talk to her, you will work with her. That said, let me give you my top 5 reasons that Gina should be your realtor: 5) Partnership. Gina lets you know right from the start that she is there to guide and assist, but she is going to advocate for your desires first and foremost. Her #1 goal is to ensure your expectations are satisfactorily met. 4) Communication. Even when we hit some slight speed bumps, Gina was always prompt, clear, and available in her communication. She always made things clear without feeling overwhelming. 3) Team Capacity. Gina is amazing herself, but part of the benefit of working with her is that she has also surrounded herself with an incredible array of talent and capacity. “We were not able to sell our house, but I do not believe it was for the lack of effort from Gina and her team. Our house was a resale in a new build community and we just could not compete with the new builds in our community and lower priced homes in Pearland. So even though our house did not result in a sell, we have referred Gina and her team to friends of ours. I am truly happy for them!”
