“Overall I had a great experience with Gina while searching for our first home in a new city and ultimately found a great starter home for my growing family in a good school district. She is a knowledgeable, warm, and kind person. If I could rate 4.5 rather than 4.0 for communication and my experience, I would. To qualify, she works with a team that divides certain aspects of the home searching, viewing, and buying process, but ultimately oversees everything. Of course her team was great about showing homes to fit my schedule, and I knew about her team system before we hired her. As a first time home buyer I guess I expected a little more hand holding and personal opinions about homes that I was viewing real time in the searching process, but Gina would answer questions I had later. Not ideal, but it worked. At the end of the day, we found our home and she did a great job with negotiations and closing as well.”
