Gene is a Veteran who served in the U.S. Air Force for 4 years, and worked as an Air rescue Medic while in Viet Nam. After returning to the states, Gene put himself through the University of Houston, earning a Bachelor Degree in Business. Gene worked as the National Accounts Manager for a Major Commercial Roofing Corporation for many years prior to retiring. Pam spent 8 yrs as a Flight Attendant for Southwest Airlines. She then worked in advertising and marketing while raising her family and ultimately started her own business publishing newsletters. Pam then decided to return to college, earning her Bachelor Degree with Double Major in Psychology/Sociology, and she graduated with Suma Cum Laud honors. Once she completed her degree, she pointed her energy in the direction of Real Estate. Gene joined her shortly after he retired and they have worked together every since. They love their daily interaction and are always ready to help people with any and all of their Real Estate needs.
They have lived in the Houston market many years, and they have put their 5 children through local schools and colleges. They both know Houston and the surrounding areas extremely well, so no matter where you need help, they can help you. Gene's knowledge of construction, coupled with Pam's vast knowledge of sales and marketing, allows them to be a wealth of knowledge for their clients. Yes, you can help your client anywhere In Texas, but You need to check to see if your Supra will work in the city you will be selling in. If not, you might consider referring the sale out to a local agent who can help your client better than you can. I would rather refer my client to a local person who knows the area, knows local lenders and knows a good title company. They will also be able to refer venders for the client for their inspections, any repairs that may need to be done, and any other issues that may need to be completed prior to closing. \nIf you decide to help them yourself, make sure to do your due diligence to ensure that you are putting your client into a great area and not just putting them in a house in another city where they might not be happy.
