Chantelle helped us sell our home in the Houston Heights area. She was always profession and punctual. You could tell she had experience when making recommendation on what to keep in the home for showing, what was a reasonable list price (and how to get the best value), who to call when problems arose, etc.<br /> <br /> Chantelle worked around our timeline and wasnt pushy to get it on the market right away. This was really important to my wife and me. Once we had it ready to list she was on the ball -- got (incredible) photos, SF re-estimation, listing and open house all done within a few days and she worked around heavy rain to do it. With her help, the home had multiple offers in 3 days, including multiple over list price. She also made sure prospective buyers and inspectors used hand sanitizer and shoe covers in our home.<br /> <br /> During the option period a few issues arose with the home, but with she was extremely helpful in getting those taken care of, recommending the right people, and communicating with the buyers.<br /> <br /> After closing, Chantelle continues to be helpful and has sent us a shipment of our mail that kept going to our old house.<br /> <br /> We would recommend her and Found Realty with the highest of recommendations.
